It's long time since I had updated my blog. The time has come with the "DA VINCI " protest gaining center stage.

I find no logic in ministry of Information & broadcasting, giving a temporary red signal to the film. It was cleared by group of censor board members , which had catholic priests in it's team.

Is this hue & cry really worth?? Can a person lose faith in a religion , which has around 2000 years of existence, on seeing a fictional movie.

The government should be secular . That's fine.This act justifies the fact we are wrapped in myth of pseudo secularism. When the government could not ban the book, there is no use in doing this. If the government is really committed to secularism, ask them to take actions against a communal government in Gujarat. The system cannot address the major problems. Some issues (which are not at all issues) are blown out of propotion. Thanks to media.
